WHO WE ARE
We, charcuterie and curing experts, steeped in our regional traditions, form a large family bound by a love of good and beautiful work. Inspired by the artisans who trained us and passed on their skills and knowledge, we are proud of our terroirs.
Today, we are a courageous, close-knit team, proudly and happily carrying on the traditions of our predecessors, crafting local specialities day after day.
1897
“Henri Raffin” was founded in the heart of the Alps in Savoie by Marius Raffin, a butcher and charcutier with a passion for meat.
1926
Creation of Maison Milhau in Lacaune in Tarn, at an altitude of 800m in the heart of the Haut-Languedoc Nature Reserve.
2016
Henri Raffin bought Lamador, an artisan producer of authentic Savoie cured hams in the Giffre valley in Haute-Savoie.
2019
Henri Raffin and Maison Milhau were taken over by French investors with the ambition of developing these emblems of fine French gastronomy.
2021
The Group posted a turnover of €100 million.
